We offer a 30-day refund on all plans with 3-day free trial. After that period, send us an explanation of your circumstance and we will consider your request on an individual basis. We issue refunds as appropriate and applicable. All requests should be directed to support@inversenergy.com.

If you don’t want to renew your subscription after it expires:

1. You won’t lose any work. Your baseline model and energy audit data will continue to remain private.
2. You will be able to use all features that you could do with a free account: updating your baseline, viewing Asset Benchmark and sharing with your teammates.
3. You can continue to access and print latest energy audit report. But, you won't be able to use ECM explorer to update your audit analysis.

If you decide you want to renew at a later date, that’s fine — you’re welcome back at any time and regain full access to the features and functionality for your analysis.

You can cancel your subscription at any point to stop any future payments on our site. To see how easy it is, click here.

With a Professional subscription, you can access the full features of our software. An All-in-one subscription takes things a step further, with the following benefits for:

1. Building owners An in-house engineer will process your building using our software and deliver an energy audit report as you expect in a traditional audit process. It takes only a couple of days to get the report.
2. Energy engineers If you need more help to understand our platform, it would be beneficial to subscribe to an All-in-one plan. Once you go through an energy audit with our professional assistance via Remote Audit Assistance, you likely will not need help for future energy audits. Then, you may downgrade to a Professional plan.

Note: Remote Audit Assistance is a remote service that guides you to perform an energy audit through the help of our expert.

ure. However, a model calibrated with interval data would reflect a building's performance more accurately. Our research indicates a difference of approximately 10% at the end-use level. Besides that, everything, including outputs in a report, is the same.

To use InverseAudit, you need at least one year of historical, whole-building electric interval meter data (15, 30 or 60-minute intervals). There are three ways commonly used to get interval data:

1. Utilities make raw interval data available for download directly through their customer web portal with the Green Button option. To check if your utility offers the service, click here.
2. Data logger is an electronic instrument that records measurements at set intervals over a period of time. Low-cost kilowatt hours data loggers are available in the market.
3. EMS (Energy Management Systems) are automation systems that collect energy measurement data from the field and making it available to users through graphics.

Sure, we can help you with that! To get started, please provide us with the name of your electricity provider, the account number(s), and the account holder information. Once we have this information, our team will contact them on your behalf and let you know if the interval data is available. During the process, we will need you to authorize us to access the meter data by contacting your electricity provider.
