• A custom proposal will be generated and emailed to you within 24 hours.
• Our goal is to include all necessary components in the proposal at a fixed price.
• If there are changes to the scope of work during the project, our service fees will be reasonable and within an acceptable range.

We can be flexible to meet your needs, including negotiating our proposal to accommodate specific conditions such as deadlines or budgets. Our proposal always includes:

We don't compromise the quality of our work to meet a deadline or a fee. Our standard initial service delivery schedules are as follows:

• Energy Modeling: 7 days turnaround (maximum 14 days).
• Virtual Energy Audits: 2 days turnaround (maximum 3 days).
• Daylight Simulation: 10 days turnaround (maximum 20 days).
